Cool! petrol and Deisel over £5/gallon over here today would make motoring VERY expensive in that. What was the mpg?

My daily is Citroen Picasso 1.9 deisel.gives me 30+mpg.Road tax £118 p/a which suits me and tows the caravan very well. My wife drove it to the IMM and got 57 mpg.
My son has a 1.6 BMW mini Cooper Deisel. That gives him 60+mpg (when he drives gently!) normal mpg is 45+ and road tax is £28 p/a Cool

mpg? On this car it was more like gpm! Luckily gas was a lot cheaper in the good old days.

£5 a gallon works out cheaper for you than us seeing our gallons are smaller than yours Laughing
