Well I got the light beige Knightsbridge seats dyed Tartan Red. Red Riley gave me a lot of advise and it was scary thinking I might really screw them up but it turned out very well. The leather colorant is not a true dye but a type of coating. Only time will tell how durable they are.

As long as there is not too much give in the cushion which can stretch the leather when sat on, then you should be ok. Looking good though Smile

Nicely done! Like mine, they're sure to need touching up from time to time, but that's not a big problem. They look better in red!

The dash trim was done by the previous owner as were the carpets. I added the power sockets, new steering bracket, painted the wheel and added the correct center.

Very nice its all matching perfectly, is the conversion simple, what mods do you do to the seats to get them to fit?

The seats are from a late Mini and mounting is exactly the same as my Elf. No modification is needed. Just remove the two mounting bolts put in the seat and reinstall the bolts.
