Hi yoldy,

Welcome. Where are you based? I'm in Dumbarton but still visit Aberdeen regularly.

Sunny Motherwell? You obviously don't look out your windows much. Is your car going to need much work to get it back on the road again?

suns splittin the trees mate!!!! Cool
the car is solid but looks like it is stuck in the 60`s
the engine was removed in the early 80`s to fit a new clutch but was never put back together and shoved to the back of a garage and forgotten about.
the forum wont let me post any pics for 7 days???

Send some sun over here then, could do with some brightening up. Sounds like an easy project then. A pal of mine bought a Hornet a few years ago which had been off the road for a number of years. It still needed lots doing to fix it. Wheel cylinders, ball joints, steering rack boots, clutch slave and master cylinder replacement etc., etc. Ended up a nice car though. leaked oil like a sieve until the original oil seals were replaced. They had gone brick hard. Good luck with the car.

It took me a minute or two but just figured out a pal of mine told me about your car a few weeks ago. He was going to take me to see it but didn't get around to it yet. Small world.
