Cars looked great yesterday guys. Ours was a pretty fleeting visit in the end being as there was no need to get there early to put a car on a stand. We popped around to have a look at everyone's lovely car on display, but didn't get a chance to chat really. I spoke briefly with Steve and his mate, but Tony was busy in his boot (fuel tank issues again Tony?), and Jason was busy holding court so I didn't disturb. Considering it was only a fleeting visit, primarily because I didn't need any parts & didn't intend on buying anything it worked out an expensive day out, with me walking away with a full Cooper S 7.5" disc set up to go on my Elf. Happy at spending £120 on this rather than the £586 Minispares want for there kit with AP calipers and disc guards Leaves me £450 to get them refurbed.

Sorry I missed you Simon, I was re connecting the sender unit terminals. Again like Jase said you should have interupted me, we always have time to speak to friends!
Our local Motor factors charged me £120 to refurbish my callipers (normally takes two days max)

Hopefully I'll get to me meet you guys at the next show. I'll be hoping to get to Himley, although I do a lot more hoping than achieving when it comes to shows these days Never really get to venture further south than the Midlands due to lack of time, so Himley is probably next.

If you happen to agree a price with Cliff to do your conversion. Give me a pm as to what time and day you hope to take it there, I 'll try and pop over the Wirral, only 7-8 miles.
