Re: Winnie Hornet Restoration
had a good read of both builds.
The fibreglass in the first build along with the expansion foam must have worried you about what else you would find?
It amazes me what people are happy to drive around in.
The builds a great reading, great work

I met robin a few years back, he is a real nice bloke. This is a shame. That welding is diabolical. If a professional garage (ahem) is giving this service, I think he should get trading standards involved, at least try to get some money back.

Yes he is a nice bloke
All of the shoddy work has now been removed and fresh panels and correct welding applied.
Soon it will be time for its modifications.

Hey Jonny, I can see you have made great progress on my former beloved car, I'm shocked at how bad the work that was carried out on the car is, also having been deliberately covered up, anyway you always come across these things in life you hope that the people you meet along the way will add to your life possitively and not the opposite, I'm glad she is in good hands, ill keep checking in to see how she progresses, good luck budd.
