Steel Wheel 10"

I am looking to buy a steel wheel 10" x 5J to fit 165/70 or 175/70 tyres as I had one stolen whilst with the first restoration company. I have made a claim via the Small Claims court for this and other items including poor workmanship.
Now have a wheel and I purchased two from the same guy as I needed a spare.

The only 5" steel that I remember is the reverse rim sometimes called incorrectly a Cooper S reverse rim. The fast majority were 4.5" and both were made to fit on drum brakes to move the wheel out farther. The 4.5 would move the wheel out but still leave the tire under the wing. If I remember correctly, the 5" would push the tire (especially a 70) outside the wing.

Neither have been available new for a long time so you'll need to hit eBay and all the major Mini Forums to see if you can come up with a 5" one.
