Brooklands Mini Day, Saturday March 22nd 2014

hey guys and dolls, belated happy 2014 to everybody.

Brooklands Mini Day, Saturday 22nd March 2014, Brooklands, Surrey. Who's going here? We have a club stand space for 25 cars booked and so far i don't have many on my list. On the Friday (21/03/2014) night a few of us will be staying here: http://www.premierinn.com/en/hotel/COBFAI/cobham for a spot of dinner a few drinkies so please let me know if you're up for it. This is traditionally our first (and usually one of the best) shows of the year...................

I should add that the club stand passes i shall get will only get people on to our stand area, not admission to the museum itself. As usual this will be pay on the gate or advance tickets from Brooklands themselves: http://www.brooklandsmuseum.com/

Count me in for a ticket but as usual it will be weather dependant.

On another note, I have decided to sell my Red Elf. Too many classic cars and not enough time. Any takers?

We're up to twelve cars here now but plenty more room ........

splendid - terry fain is coming too (you may like to travel in convoy with him?) and we're up to 14 cars confirmed so far. Just to be sure though, that you know it's on saturday 22nd march this year...

Can you add me to the list please Al. It'll be weather dependant, so if you have a sudden rush and a more committed member wants my ticket I won't mind!

Sorry but can you cancel my space as hornet repairs taking abit longer than planed so will not be ready for next Saturday  .

Great day for a drive out .
But instead I will be under the car instead of in it.
Be worth it in the end.

we had a great day - eighteen of "our" cars on display (Peter Dewsnap won best classic with his immaculate Hornet) and the weather was very kind with no rain at all until we'd left! Big thanks to all who came and pictures will follow......  

Another great day out thanks Alistair and 17 cars on our stand.
Great to see everyone again especially Mum, not seen her since Bromley.
Hope you all got home ok and look forward to our next meet.
