What spec Rad Cap should be fitted to a Mk3 Elf?
I have just aquired my 1969 Mk3 Elf and noticed that the Rad Cap is the 7 Lbs pressure relief type.
Is this correct or should it be a higher Lbs type Cap.
I'm planning on fitting a "Safety" Rad Cap that has the 'lift to release the pressure' lever on the top'
Choices of spec are - 7, 10, 13, 15 or 20 Lbs.
Which type would be correct?
Thanks.

Thanks Big Al.
I more or less came to the same conclusion (theres a 15 Lbs Cap on my 1380S Cooper S) so a 13 lbs cap has been fitted !
