Original Steering Wheel Diameter

Sorry guys a silly question. I'm not going to be able to get to my lock up until the weekend, but in the meantime I want to sort a disklok type security device for the Elf. I know my small disklok doesn't fit so I'm trying to find out what diameter the original Elf steering wheel is si I can get the right one ordered. Many thanks.

My Mk 2 measures 40cms outside diameter (15 3/4 inches) Hope you can find one to suit.
