is there any one who has adres for a set of very good chrome parts of the rear light units
are is it posible to rechrome them

Could give these a try for rechrome
Have had outer grill rechromed Bumpers and Overriders are with them now

there are often new ones on ebay - made in cyprus i believe - not cheap at over £100 a pair i think, but may be worth a look

I got my two sets of New Old Stock Export ones from classicgarage.com.
Don't know if they would have any more, but it could be worth a call. They won't be listed on the website in any case, so you'd have to call and ask them. Remember that the same lights were used on a number of different cars, so ask for Elf, Hornet, Austin 1100 (the early, not the late ones), Austin America, etc.

They're available new from Somerfords - again not cheap at £75 + vat (£90) each, but at least you can get them.

That will probably be cheaper than a re chrome. Willowchrome quoted me £235 for rear bumper 4 years ago. and over £100 to have the outer rim of the radiator grill done.

Interesting. I usually check Somerford's first, but I never noticed that they stocked those. I wonder if they're the reproduction ones. I notice they don't offer the chrome escutcheon on its own though.

much cheaper the rechroming
if i can help any one white the set of lenses organge en red and the sealing
the hornet wil have a complete set of NOS red lights
