Should be available new with matched keys from any Mini parts supplier for around £40, although you'll likely be stuck with a Mini boot handle since it seems to be cheaper to buy the set than to get one each left and right. I think the lock barrels are the same though, so you can probably put the matching one into your old boot lock.

mini handles are different though than the orginals

I have a Mk2 Elf and as Red Riley states you can buy the kits from all popular Mini suppliers.
I did buy a kit myself but had to chop the shaft back slighty re thread and use a couple of washers to get it to fit/work correctly.

I'm probably the one who outbid you on the last set. I wasn't going to lose that one. The benefit is, that I now have two sets of handles. If you need handles and locks, I can sell you my old ones that didn't have keys (hence needing to buy new ones.). You might be able to find a locksmith that can rekey everything for you though.

Re the eBay Mk111 Elf and Hornet lock set, I was after these as well as my red Elf can be opened with a flat bladed screwdriver. I contacted the seller after the bidding ended and he specialises in Wilmot Breedon locks as fitted to 50's and 60's British vehicles. He doesn't have any other MK111 Elf/Hornet locks but has been very helpful in fitting new tumblers to existing locks and suppling new matching keys. His name is Peter Weston and his email address is wilmotlockman@gmail.com
He has just supplied me with a period Wilmot Breedon locking petrol cap and has matched the lock barrel to the ignition, door and boot. He is very helpful, accepts PayPal and sends the goods out the same day.

No wonder the damned things cost me so much. Trust me....my locks were in the same condition and I would have paid more if needed. I am much happier knowing that I can lock him up at night. Peter is an excellent man and I recommend him to anyone. I have a picture and you can see what my keys looked like before and after.

FYI, the keys on the right (the ones with no teeth) are my old keys.
