I'm working my way back up to putting a interior in Lexy at last.

Remembering what a chore it was to get the old door cards out, does any one have a suggestion of how to put them back in without trashing them?

Also the rear quarters seem to need a bit of a trick to get then in. Any ideas?

Drop them in as deep as possible, then push them hard about 5" from the top - they should curve enough to ease the top under the lip before they spring back.

Just make sure no one is around to hear you cussing and swearing when they won't go in! And watch your knuckles on the inner edges of the doors! Sorry, no tips in this department except fit the main card before the door bottom cards

I've got the rear pair in now. I had to cut 1/8th of an inch off the bottom of both cards to make them fit and they're still tight.

I still can't get the door cards to go in.

You may have to use brute strength! Door handles removed?
