What temp Thermostat? Empty What temp Thermostat?

Hi
What thermostat (temp in degrees C) should I be using on my Hornet MK3 automatic. There seem to be 3 diffrent ones available. My car is running on unleaded and using castrol valve master lead replacement additive.
What are other members using?
