Number Plate Lights

I bought a new pair of number plate lights and plynths from Holden, however they dont some with the screws/bolts to secure the plynth to the bumper. Can someone have a quick look for me, and remind me if its held on with a screw of bolt (I think its a countersunk screw) and if a screw can you tell the size?
