1964 Elf for restoration

Located in Molesey, Surrey, this 1964 Elf needs some tlc to bring it back - tyres perished, brakes seized on, engine free (oil looks good), interior very fair, boot floor solid, sills and heel board iffy as are door bottoms.
Offers in region of £500 and i think it's worth it, but will probably haggle down a bit..
