1969 Riley Elf mk 3 Brown and Cream

I saw this one on UK Ebay.

It was previously posted for a starting bid of 3000. It didn't get any bids and has been relisted at a starting bid of 2800 (Approximately US $4,347.56) - Seems reasonable to me, any thoughts? Looks to be in good shape. Does this one belong to anyone here? Does anyone know how much it would take to ship to East Coast of Canada or US?

It looks pretty good from photos and description (some lousy spelling there!)
If he has put the US $ price I would have thought he may have already enquired about the cost of shipping? Why not Ask him?
I regret I do not know.

I have asked the seller for more information on shipping and more photos. We'll see what he sends back.
