Oh 'ek, I started something when I put my wife down as one of my classics didn't I! LoL!
Can any other couple claim to be older than these two?

asahartz wrote:As well as my Elf I have:
71 Clubman (hydrolastic)
72 Clubman Estate
74 1275GT
89 Mini Sky (daily)
91 Mini Neon (wife's daily)
The first three are all in project stages though the 71 is drivable though not MOTd. As you see each of my Minis is a fairly rare version.
Then the non-Minis:
79 Capri MkIII 1.3 (surprisingly rare, project)
84 VW T25 camper with Rover 3.5 V8 Not exactly common either!
Some changes in the coupld of years since the original post.
The Capri has gone, it was my son's and he has moved next door where he is restoring a Mini pickup instead.
The Neon has gone to fund other projects (before it became a project itself!) In its place I bought a 79 Clubman estate for £50 (would have been rude not to!) There is also a 74 Beetle in storage in the garden for my prospective son-in-law.
The 71 Clubman restoration is completed and it's done a few shows. The Sky is now fitted with a 1275 Cooper motor.
Currently working on the 71 estate which is being done to my eldest daughter's spec (and, unusually, her funds too!) with a 1.8 MGF engine

Found a photo
This was my Mustang from 1989-2012. It started as a rusty mess with a banged up quarter. I was in middle school when we started and spent each summer until senior year of college working on the car. Then I drove the hell out of it and probably should've done some rust proofing because it began rotting away all over again. Still looked great and ran smoothly but I didn't want to tear it down and start over again. So I decided to pass it over to someone else. Then my brother in law put the Mini into my head and here I am.

What a stunning car there Mark, pity about the rust though. My brother would really like one like that for himself!

Re: What other classics do we own?
When my Mrs said we should get a bigger more practical car, as my only (working) cars are 72 mini and the Hornet, I suggested an 1100 (or 1300 even)
