The wheel came from Mike Lempert wheels and is a refurbished Les Leston wheel.
It was a bit pricey, but worth it to me. I love the feel of it and looks far better than the Moto-Lita I had on it before. Here is his web site http://www.pbase.com/mdlempert/wheels

Some action with my Elf. I added a Webasto electric sunroof from a crashed British Open. I also found a new set of rear lenses and added some spot lights and an alternator. I also sold off my 1014 motor and found a really good 1275 that was slightly modified. I have put so many miles on the car , approximately 20,000 miles , I now have the need to get new tires. I will have to remedy the spilling petrol from the fuel tank. I have tried a number of caps and they all leak too much. I might add a different tank and a filler neck to see if that stops the leaking.
I have set my mind on a paint scheme, finally! I located a key fob on ebay that is a perfect combination for the final color scheme with the interior being red and the exterior being Iris blue with a black or very dark blue roof.

But we were all getting used to the gray! Maybe you should just clear coat it and let it ride.

Yes, I have gotten that same comment from my Mini club members. Another friend said that I was up to date with today's trends in having a matte finish. Alas , I do want it to be shiny and I do like blue so the Iris blue won out over the grey.
