parts interchangeability

Hi to everyone,
hang on lads, ive had a great idea.
With some of the members having trouble sourcing some bits for thier restoration projects, would it be a good idea to set up a parts interchangeability list.
if members know of a part from another car is the same as the elf/hornet, we could look into it, and if correct log it for future reference.
Iwould be willing to compile the list if this makes thing easier for everyone
Let me know the views of the members, and idea to make it work

Why not use the Wanted and Sales Section? you can offer a swap on either.

If you want a section for compatability who is going to keep it updated?

think you got the wrong idea, i was thinking the hard to find parts that are the same as other BMC/Lucas, EG, ther reat widow is from a MK1 Mini, number plate lights an a MK3 Elf/ Hornet,are from a RWA Midget, stuff like that, hope that clears it up
