Elf or Hornet wanted

Looking for either an Elf or Hornet with the following specs,

colour: ideally Damask red or perhaps white (it'll ultimately be the wife's call as the car's for her..)
trans: manual
Mk: ideally a late Mk 3
condition: going to be a daily so whole vehicle needs to be in a good condition, long MOT, unleaded ideally, history of work done, usual rust areas sorted etc. Maintaining is fine but I just don't have the time any more for bigger jobs...
misc: at least front seat-belts, no bucket seats, radio would be good but not a big deal
location: ideally Midlands but willing to travel for right car
budget: around £2.5-3.5k depending on spec/condition etc

I've been watching the usual online media for a while but thought I'd see if any register members were contemplating selling their cars - we've ran minis & classics/vintage for many years but just fancy something a bit different.
Give me a shout if you have one close to the above specs.

I spent many weeks trawling the country looking at cars for a friend a couple of years ago, and unless prices have changed dramatically downwards (they haven't) I suspect you will need to up your budget or lower your expectations.
