I's suggest maybe finding a donor/parts car. There is an Elf on ebay at the moment that you could probably get for cheap that has what looks like usable floors and front panels.

That's certainly a brave project (and I know about those! You should see my Clubman Estate!)
Anyway if you know Minis then you'll be able to do this one. No point trying to get floors from a donor car when new panels are easily available. Keep us updated!

Where to start?
Well finally got round to taking a closer look at Hank today, and have ordered the inner wing panels for his drivers side from M Machines. Hopefully by next week he will have his wing on and then as the money for parts allow,he will get his new floors!!! Hopefully we will get some windows in him too,as we have no garage to store him in,just a cover for now to keep most of the rain off him.Its certainly gonna be a long old ride but fingers crossed we will get him sorted. Still trying to sorce a bonnet and grill for him too, have polished up alot of his crome work, lights etc that came with him, ready for a day when he has panels to attach them to.

Bonnets & grilles do come up on ebay, in fact I saw a good set on a stand at a show last week, a Mini breakers in Stafford, don't recall the company name though.

It looks like PhotoBucket has changed their procedures a bit. I've posted an updated guide.

bonnet
well we have managed to get hold of a bonnet and also a pair of bumpers and some other lil bits
the bonnet is in a sorry state but we have started repaires
all 4 corners look a bit like this one even parts of the inner structure are rotted
metal ground back on front edge
the scary bit cut out
patch 90% welded in but now out of gass
and other corner welded in
