HISTORIC IRISH RALLY PREPARED ELF - SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

I should like to add the following data :
Engine : 1275cc A+ engine fitted has a CA4M (544) camshaft and a 3.9:1 final drive : Smiths alternator fitted.
Suspension : Dry type with adjustable High-Lows. Rear hubs are Minifins & Shock absorbers = Four adjustable Konis.
Exterior : Kenlowe cooling fan fitted inside near-side wheel arch - switch activated.
Interior : Original 3 Instruments plus Rev Counter and large competition red (ignition) & yellow (oil press.) warning lights.
Electric screen washers : head light / spots flasher :These switches plus wipers & reverse light duplicated in driver's door pocket.
Two Avanti map reading lights. Interior and Exterior Temperature monitor with "Ice warning" bleeper.
Two Fire extinguishers ( one each ABC & AAAF) : Regulation Ignition cut-off switch can be activated both inside & outside the car.
Sports steering wheel = 14" Moto Lita on lowered steering column : Momo chrome gear shift :
The car was manufactured in 1962 and was first registered ( in Northern Ireland ) on 3rd January 1963 as 5959-IL.
