Elf Wanted
I am new to this Register and although I am restoring a 1966 Elf for myself, I am on the lookout for another for my wife. Projects would be considered, but I already have my Elf and a Frogeye project, so I would prefer a car that could be improved over time, but driven and enjoyed once the weather starts to warm up. I would be grateful for any member responses.

Re: Elf Wanted
Hi,
I'm very seriously considering selling my Elf, Katy. Mark III auto, Damask Red. She's in very good condition, tho could still be improved slightly (eg a few minor rust bubbles coming through) and an excellent runner. She was my daily runner for quite a while but is now saved "for best". At the moment I have two Elfs and a Hornet parked outside my house so we're looking to rationalise a little as there's no way two of us can drive all three and by the time my son is old enough to drive himself she'll have rusted away.
There are plenty of pics on this site - quite a few taken at Bromley last year, see below - reg starting KTC. PM me if you're interested and I can give you more details i'm open to sensible offers - she went through her MOT in October.

Re: Elf Wanted
Jase,
I did put on the forum for sale section a sticky some time ago about Location and price should be put in the advert so people may be able to think if they can afford it and it is local enough to inspect, so maybe?
Some people may find it embarrasing about enquiring only to find it is beyond their pocket. Similarly they may not want to offend you by offering you a price too low?
Can save a lot of time too?
Tony

Re: Elf Wanted
I'm reliably informed that SurfBlue garage (Nottingham mini specialist) has a Riley Elf project available right now. I've got too many cars already!
