Teenage Elf Project
Hi I'm Pete
I'm thirteen and I have just bought a 1969 MKIII Riley Elf and I'm very excited!
Her name's Frog (Reg: TAD as in Tadpole) and she's light grey with a red leather interior. She's not in such a good way but I'm ready for the challenge as a keen young engineering enthusiast.
I was first enchanted by the wonders of the Riley Elf when i stumbled across one at a show a few years ago, I love Minis, but the Elf is just so special with its funny little grill and cheesy appeal that I just loved it and wanted one straight away. Now my dream's come true!
She is currently a non runner but it's all there, she just needs putting back together and some TLC (and a full respray ) 480 of the best spent pounds ever! It'll be great to have as a first car and I'm really really REALLY eager to get down to that garage for some fun with Frog!
I'll upload some pics soon guys

Sounds like your project is going to be a interesting challenge for you. Do put some pics up as you progress.

Nice to see the young 'uns getting their hands dirty
I was 14 when I got my first Mini derivative (a van, I paid £50 for it) and learned loads getting it ready for the road.
All the very best to you and keep us informed of your progress. I think you'll find a wealth of knowledge and practical help here

He's very handsome Pete. Good luck with what will be a great project for you, best of luck with it.
On the image front try this
{img}URL OF THE PICTURE{/img}. Replace the {} with [] and that should get you exactly what Red Riley has in his post.
