I think its an elf. Hes propley just put a new mini front end panel don`t no why because M-MACHINE do the front end panel for all years for the ELF/HORNET now
Hybrid Front Panel
I talked to the owner, and he said he combined the Mini front panel with the Elf bonnet. Didn't say why.....

Because the bonnet can still fit with the mini front end panel
