The splines should be the same but as this is off a late 1300 Kestrel, there's probably no connection for the centre horn button. If your Elf is the later Mk3 then this won't be a problem.

Depending on how the wheel is attached to the boss, you might be able to change it to fit the Elf/Mini splines if needed.
