Elf Bonnet Spear

I am looking for an Elf Bonnet Spear. I would love to have one of the brass ones that were produced a while back.

The one that came with the car is very corroded and missing one mounting stud. I will consider anything with intact mounting studs, and with minimal pitting. It need not be perfect.

I have a brand new re cast brass one. It needs to studs soldering in, and need chroming. However, if you want it I could come to a deal.

Beware. The chap who rechromed my bumper informed me that is is a very specialised job to chrome these and that would depend on the "brass" being pure otherwise you won't get a good job....

I had one chromed recently and it came back perfect - not sure if they did anything special though - the only thing I was told is that they have to polish the brass before they chrome... All original stuff like headlight rims was chrome on brass so you would hope for a proper job.
