Heinz 57..
Well, here is my project, (that i dont have time to do)..
When crayford took their tin opener to this heinz tin, they did their best as possible.
43 years later, (25 years off the road) its an open can of metal worms..
Enjoy, (i have only posted a few pics, as the others, well, i dont like seeing grown men cry!)

I know its not much but a have a good Hornet boot lid which you can have foc. I'm sure you will be in no great hurry so can either meet up at one of the Mini events in 2010 or meet up half way etc. I have a reasonable bonnet just needing minor repairs to the front leading edge if you are interested, again foc.
I know these are sort after vehicles but you sure have a project on your hands with this one. Good luck and keep us posted with the progess.

They were missing as I looked at it until I clicked on the full screen option! Now I can see them in all their glory!

Oh, my! My heart kind of went up into my throat when I looked at the pics. The weather just isn't at all kind to those poor old chunks of steel. Doesn't someone have a nice dry lockup for the old girl?

Re: Heinz 57..
Thanks for the offer of the panels elf service! luckily it came with some that are ok! thank you anyway, it is very much appreciated!. (i will posibly need to get 2 doors, as am not sure if the ones that are on it are salvageable) at the moment im working on another 59 mini, so the heinz sits outside, (i dont think it can get any worse!!), when the 59 is done, the heinz will be started. i am going to be having a bit built onto my garage, so it and my other hornet will both be stored dry! (they dont like the al fresco style!)..

just don't sneeze too hard in the vicinity
I sense a common thread developing here in extending garaging space - a carport is next on the list for us

Playground space might be more appropriate in this case!
