Elf Grill Badge
This is the less desirable Aluminium badge fitted to the later Mk111 cars (68/69/70) as a simple cost cutting exercise. Although these will fit the earlier cars, they don't look anywhere near as good as the vitreous enamelled badge. At £84.00 I think he is from a different planet as you can get your original badge restored for less and you know it will be a perfect fit.

Re: Elf Grill Badge
I wasn't too sure if it was an aluminium badge. I have one and you are quite right it is very inferior to the original.
The badge I had on at Himley has a slight crack and is only noticable close up. (My fathers favourite saying was "A blind man would be glad to see that!")
So I'm happy with that for now.

I know this badge but I want enamel version. I have two badges one with cracked enamel and the other has chrome peeling off.
