This is the one that MiniTec built a few years back? This thing must have an interesting story to tell of how it made it from Georgia to Hawaii. The original owner didn't seem too happy with it and started trying to sell it as soon as they got it. BJ at MiniTec told me that they had never driven a VTEC Mini and were expecting the car to drive like a Honda Civic. Hope it finds an owner who knows what to do with it.
