What goes where?

The dash was out of my Mark 3 Elf when I got it and the instruments were missing. What goes in the two smaller holes please? Also, which toggle switch is mounted in the centre section of the dash?

I am in Melbourne Australia, working on my own because i don't know anybody with a similar car to look at now and again. As you'd probably know, the Elf was never sold in this country and the only cars here are private imports.
Add to that, there doesn't seem to be any books about Elfs - anything I can find is just an incidental mention in a Mini book. So I am flying blind most of the time. Thanks goodness for this forum!
