Tidy Elf spotted in Screwfix!

Anyone recognise this Elf? I saw it in the carpark of Screwfix in Farnborough (Hants) today. My wife says she's seen it around Farnborough a few times.
Really nicely done - I'm a fan of really original cars - but a lot of thought had gone into this one. (Twin tanks, minilites, rally interior)
