Here in California I have been driving my car in temps ranging from 99 to 105 and the needle is just to the right of the N. If going up a long grade or hill I get the needle to midway between the N and H on the guessometer gauge. I would say it is running 190ish or so. Granted, it is a dry heat and humidity is roughly 19% at most on a humid day , 6% to 10% on most days.

Now, I am running a freshly rebuilt motor with about 12,000 miles on it with a new water pump and super two core radiator so things are running cool for me. Someone with a tired motor could be hotter.
