1) I want to polish up the whole front of my Elf anyone have a cleaning product that they especially like to polish up the front grills?
2) These cars are so low (Compared to regular cars on the road) what happens when a car kicks up a rock and cracks your windshield... how hard are replacement winsheilds to find?

I can't help with your number one question, mine is in primer and I only wipe everything down as needed.
The front windscreen is the same as any Mini so you can get brand new screens. I changed mine out for a new one about a year ago. The rear screen is the same as the MKI Minis and isn't easy to get, so be very careful with the rear screen!
