£275 if anyone wants it (will remove from auction) - update will take £200

I would love it but you have had one bid with a better price. It's a "little" too far from Chester to pop down to collect anyway!

The bid was a lot lower than asking price and i have returned them an offer

As it stands its still available for £275 ;-)
