Well needless to say I lost!

I was off to the local cycle centre to get my bike adjusted after my appointment at the hospital.
Was taking a corner where there is a carpark entrance, well van came out and didnt see me.
Hit me side on, bike went flying and I hit the floor.

Landed on my left arm, hip and right knee.

Hip giving my hell, very sore and not able to bend over!

Unknown damage to bike as its currently at the police station.

Here is few pictures of me after being sent home from hospital...

Knee not bad

ouch - looks sore, glad you're ok though. not enough evidence? d'uh - are they keystone cops down there or what!? might be worth trying one of those "had an accident? not your fault?" firms for some compo?

best wishes anyway mate

been told as the police have declared no body is at fault then I have no leg to leg to stand on to claim.

this event has caused some damage to my left side and I have tight pains while stretching to the right.

In the pic above, I hit the centre on the grill and went up over the bonnet landing on the floor near the passengers front wheel and slide to where I lay in the pic, thats where the damage to me arm came from. I slide on it Sad

bike has two bent wheels and a bent pedal crank arm.
